Looking Ahead - 2013

Several Club members are undertaking British Triathlon Coaching qualifications during 2013. As part of this Justin Robbins (a club member) is undertaking a British Triathlon level 2 coaching qualification and he will coach lanes 3 and 4 at Milton Road on the four Monday swim sessions in January. He will also be coaching four additional run and bike sessions in January and February. These are likely to consist of a bike transition practice session, a turbo/run session and two running based sessions. There won't be a charge for the sessions themselves although subject to the venue a small contribution may be required to cover the hire charges. Dates and venues are to be confirmed but if you are interested in taking part please let Justin know at justin.robbins@me.com.

Its that time of year when we start to plan our seasons races. Let the us know what races you are entering. You may inspire another member to enter the same race or set a training plan together. We will post a list on the website and Facebook page of all planned races/events members are particpating in this season.
